Herbert Dreier, is the German founder of CCinternational, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. He is dedicated to Human Resources and Organization Development consulting. He provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Development Programs and Team Development services to a number of German and International clients. Prior to founding CCinternational he worked as a consultant in a German consulting firm that specialized in the areas of Executive Development, Transition and Change Management. During his ten years tenure there, he was the senior consultant responsible for design, delivery and management of a number of projects in banking, information technology, mining and automotive sectors. He was driving the international development of the firm when it merged with four other consultancies from Europe. After that he joined a German consultancy as a managing partner where he was responsible for the business sector Leadership Development and Organization development mainly with multinational clients. Currently he runs the German branch of CCinternational. His particular areas of expertise and experience are Change and transition management, Executive Coaching, Leadership- and Strategy development.
We have been involved in different international Leadership development programs with Herbert Dreier, especially designing and co-facilitating a multi-annual Leadership development program for Air Controller in Europe.
